ANILCO ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED (AEPL) is a Private Limited Company dedicated to the cause of promoting low-cost, eco-friendly construction through the implementation of various low-cost innovations. The company began as a sole proprietorship in 2014 and has since evolved into a private limited company with a solid reputation in the engineering industry. The Managing Director of the firm, Mr. M. S. Anilkumar, is a civil engineer with over 15 years of dynamic experience in construction, who completed his B. Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering from the N. S. S. College of Engineering, Palakkad, which was affiliated with the University of Calicut, Kerala. Mr. M. S. Anilkumar hails from the Kollam District of Kerala and specializes in cost-effective construction. Earlier, he was employed as a Project Engineer with Bridge & Roof Co. (India) Ltd., a Govt. of India Enterprise.
Our promoting team is led by a group of engineers whose wealth of experience in the engineering and related fields of diverse industrial sectors has driven the company’s exponential growth to its current successful levels. This experience covers the designing, implementation and project management of low-cost and eco-friendly housing, pre-engineered buildings, engineering and architectural detailing and drawings, land survey, quantity surveying and estimation, project management consultancy, and industrial and infrastructure contracts. Presently, the firm has got a team of qualified staff, including engineers and architects, and is well equipped with trained labour and machinery. The firm employs trained and expert labour teams for the construction of the said projects and gives technical expertise through experienced engineers on site.
