   Organizational Experience

•  Since November 2020, serving as Managing Director at M/s. ANILCO ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED and also as Founder & CEO of Beyond Bricks, the home building division of Anilco Engineers Private Limited.  Additionally, serving as 'Director' with M/s YESGEE PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED, Kottayam, from May 2023 onwards.
• From November 2011 to October 2020, worked as a Lead Engineer (Planning & Billing) with M/s. Bridge and Roof Company (India) Ltd – A Government of India Enterprise – A Miniratna Company.
• From July 2011 to November 2011, worked as a Site Engineer (Maldives Projects) with M/s  Al-Habshi Consultants Office, Shawafat Building, Block 4, 3rdFloor, P. O. Box – 27154, Safat -13132, Kuwait.
• From January 2010 to June 2011, worked as a Senior Project Engineer with M/s Cherian Varkey Construction Company Pvt. Ltd, 5th Floor, Alpha Plaza, K. P. Vallon Road, Kadavanthra, Cochin, Kerala.

• CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL WORKS FOR ENABLING FACILITIES INCLUDING SITE GRADING, WAREHOUSE (PEB) AND DISMANTLING WORKS FOR INTEGRATED REFINERY EXPANSION PROJECT (IREP) OF M/S BPCL-KOCHI REFINERY, KOCHI (SITE GRADING – II) (VALUE OF WORKS CONTRACT - Rs. 99 Crores).
• MECHANICAL WORKS FOR OFFSITES (Part-C: Refinery Area) OF INTEGRATED REFINERY EXPANSION PROJECT (IREP) OF M/S BPCL-KOCHI REFINERY, KOCHI (VALUE OF WORKS CONTRACT - Rs. 62 Crores).
