 Professional Profile 

M. S. Anilkumar is a Civil Engineering professional with more than 20 years of extensive experience in the construction of multi-storey buildings and land development projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Operations & Project Management from Madurai Kamaraj University.

With strong expertise in multidimensional project execution, he has successfully delivered several prestigious projects across various sectors. His professional strengths include strategic planning, project implementation, client coordination, and construction management. Known for his excellent communication and relationship management skills, he has built strong and lasting client relationships through professionalism, technical excellence, and a solution-oriented approach.

Organizational Experience

• Since November 2020, serving as the Managing Director of Anilco Engineers Private Limited and Founder & CEO of Beyond Bricks, the home-building division of the company. Additionally serving as Director of Yesgee Projects Private Limited from May 2023 onwards. 
• From November 2011 to October 2020, worked as Lead Engineer (Planning & Billing) with Bridge and Roof Co. (India) Ltd., a Government of India Enterprise and Miniratna Company. 
• From July 2011 to November 2011, worked as Site Engineer (Maldives Projects) with Al-Habshi Consultants Office, Safat, Kuwait. 
• From January 2010 to June 2011, worked as Senior Project Engineer with Cherian Varkey Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., Kochi, Kerala. 
• From July 2009 to December 2009, worked as Project Engineer (Site-in-Charge) with Jayachandran & Associates Designers and Project Engineers Private Limited, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. 
• From August 2006 to July 2009, worked as Project Engineer (Site-in-Charge) with Cherian Varkey Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., Kochi, Kerala.
